We offer the following services:

1. Providing Support Contracts: Kristek provides software support contracts for Quagga and Zebra. We provide level 3 support to our clients, create and resolve trouble tickets, provide security fixes, share best practices, review initial Quagga configuration with the customer and update the customer with newsletters, summarizing the latest developments in the Quagga user community.

2. Accelerated roadmap development: Customers who require a feature that is part of Kristek future roadmap of Quagga can engage our Professional Services team to include the feature in a current release.

3. Development of customer-specific enhancements: Enhancements currently not part of a roadmap, but important to a customer, can be implemented in a customer specific branch.

4. Performance and Tuning services: The Professional Services team can be engaged to customize Quagga to optimze the performance. We excel in performance tuning of the Operating System kernel parameters for TCP/IP on RedHat Linux, Solaris, HP-UX and AIX. If a support contract is taken by the customer, this service is provided free of charge.

Kristek works with Customers to accurately define requirements, determine resources, estimate delivery schedule, quantify costs and provides a 24x7 support. Development is managed by Kristek and reviewed with the customer throughout the project. Tested Engineering Releases are provided to the Customer when development is complete. Projects can be provided on a Time & Materials basis or through Project-based services.
