With a background of having successfully launched number of client-server products to meet the needs of customers in cost effective ways. This center has 'ready-made' solutions that are quick to implement and they form the foundation on which we have built our business. 

Kristek's Freeware Development and Support Center: provides software support for various freeware products. We provide level 3 support to our clients, create and resolve trouble tickets, provide security fixes, share best practices, review initial configuration with the customer and update the customer with newsletters, summarizing the latest developments in the user community.

Accelerated roadmap development: Customers who require a feature that is part of Kristekís future roadmap of the freeware product can engage our Professional Services team to include the feature in a current release. Kristekís developers will ensure that this custom fix is also incorporated in the future releases by interacting with the freeware community.

Development of customer-specific enhancements: Enhancements currently not part of a roadmap, but important to a customer, can be implemented in a customer specific branch.

Performance and Tuning services: The Professional Services team can be engaged to customize the freeware product to optimize the performance. We excel in performance tuning of the Operating System kernel parameters for TCP/IP on RedHat Linux, Solaris, HP-UX and AIX. If a support contract is taken by the customer, this service is provided with out any cost.

We currently provide freeware development and support services for all the products listed under http://www.sunfreeware.com, Zebra/Quagga routing protocols, custom Perl/Java programming, database administration and simplifying the software distribution to a large number of servers.

Kristekís support team works with its customers in accurately defining the requirements, determining resources, estimating delivery schedule, quantifying costs and provides 24x7 support. Development is managed by Kristekís  product development team and the milestones are periodically reviewed with the customer throughout the projectís lifecycle. Tested Engineering Releases are provided to the customer when development is complete. Projects can be provided on Time & Materials basis or through Project-based services..
